Here is what was done for our lifting session on Day 5.
Weighted Dips on a Bench - 3x10
Body Weight Dips - 2x10
One Arm Triceps Overhead Extension - 3x12
Triceps Pressdown - 2x12
Standing Curl - 3x10
Incline Hammer Curl - 2x12
